RULES OF THE CONTEST

1 - All Countries Will Compete With The Singers From Their Country That They're Using Except The Ones Below :

Andorra can borrow singer from Spain And France
Liechtenstein can borrow singer from Germany
Luxembourg can borrow singer from Germany And France
Kosova can borrow singer from Albania and Serbia
Monaco can borrow singer from France
San Marino can borrow from Italy
Iceland can borrow singer from Denmark
Malta can use borrow from England and Italy because of it's history.

* Wales , England and Scotland can borrow singer from these countries
* Greece and Cyprus , they both can borrow the other's singers .
* Turkiye , Azerbaijan and TRN Cyprus can borrow singer from these countries .
* Estonia , Latvia and Lithuania can borrow singer from these countries .
* Russia and Belarus , they both can borrow the other's singers .
* Czech Republic and Slovakia , they both can borrow the other's singers .
* Austria and Hungary , they both can borrow the other's singers .
* Serbia and Montenegro , they both can borrow the other's singers .

*** The singers that you compete with should have citizenship from your country to represnt your country . But if that singer has a special band with this country like the singer's father or mother is from your country you can use that singer to represent you in Eurostar Song Contest ***
*** Singers who represented their own country on Eurovision Song Contest can be used to compete on Eurostar Song Contest ***

2 - You don't have to prepare a national final ..
But if you prepare :
You can add minimum 2 and maximum 5 songs for your national final but the song will absolutely be choosen by the poll .

3 - The songs which had position in top 5 on Eurovision Song Contest can't compete .

4 - If you won't join at least 2 competitions consecutively, your country will be taken.

5 - 45th , 50th , 55th , 60th editions are special contests . In these competitions you can compete with the song from all of countries .

6 - All of members will have a chance to compete with a special singer from another countries twice . Everyone will choose one singer after 50th competition .

7 - If you won't send your votes you'll be disqualified .

8 - A singer can't represnt country three times consecutively .

9 - One singer can't represnt 2 countries in one competition . Even in Duets

10 - The members who don't obey the national final rules will be warned and if they go on disobeying they'll be fired .

11 - 2 or more songs are collecting by the Djs . This kind of songs are not allowed to represent a country in Eurostar Song Contest .

12 - It's forbidden to express/publish the favourite songs .

13 - The representing songs or the songs which will be representing can't be told to anyone else .

14 - You can't change your country if you competed in a edition . If you didn't you can .

BUT

It's not impossible to change your country . If you want to change your country you can change it but then you won't be having part in 2 editions . Then you may go on having part in Editions .

15 - NOBODY can choose more than one country !!
